Cummins and Noonan is committed to providing a safe workplace for employees with an ccupational Health and Safety Management Plan that's in accordance with NECA and Australian Standards. Cummins and Noonan work closely with an OH&S consultant to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, codes of practice and guidelines relevant to operations.

As part of their Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan they require staff to follow safe work method statements and complete job safety analysis. Employees follow these procedures to ensure that all appropriate safety control measures are in place. Ongoing safety training is provided to employees to promote a safe working environment. We conduct weekly team meetings which include OHS discussion and training.
